Hi.. You have an interesting place here. StumbleUpon'd it, and subscribed to your feed. Look forward to reading more coding posts. :)

I agree about filtering out tags; it'd be a useful addition. Searching for tags, however is already available (and has been for a long time, IIRC). Me, I prefer del.i.c.io.u.s if I'm looking for stuff; the tags are much more accurate, and the content is much higher-quality. SU is a great time-killer, though.

The first rule of StumbleUpon is - you do not talk about StumbleUpon. The second rule of StumbleUpon is - you DO NOT talk about StumbleUpon..

My point is that the topics are too broad; one topic overs dozens of interesting subjects and dozens of uninteresting subjects. I'd like to refine the stumbles. Maybe I just should thumb pages a lot more.

Though, I get your point: I am too lazy and expect the others to fix something for me. Which I think SU at least claims to do, pick the links for me.

On the other hand, I guess inaccurate stumbles sometimes give something to think about that I otherwise wouldn't ever have. So, I guess I agree with you in that. And as I said, it's about wasting your time and for that SU will always work very, very well. :)

I like stumbling into Stumbleupon pages, I selected it as a topic, I like founding new thing about the only online community I'm a part of.

I guess if you don't have the topic stumbleupon selected and you keep getting these pages you can report it as wrong topic.

I got your point.
